It's normal to feel overwhelmed. That's where your Postpartum Doula comes in.
Your postpartum doula is there for you and your family when you need her the most and you can expect the very best quality of care. We are available to you for as little as 4 hours and also offer overnight care if that is what you are needing. This option is great when mom and dad really need a good night’s sleep. When baby wakes in the middle of the night we are happy to feed him or bring him to you if you need to nurse.
Light house keeping, laundry, and meal prep is also something we take off your plate so you can focus on bonding with your new baby or catching up on sleep.
We offer breastfeeding support and stay with you if you need to pump. We’ll even clean your pumping equipment so you can go right back to sleep and know your child is in the best care.
When you choose Uptown Doula for your postpartum care, we build a customized care plan for your lifestyle. Our doulas provide expert support and hands-on-experience to care for your family.
STANDARD

Perfect for families who just need a few good night's sleep or a few days of daytime support. Also great for the first 48 hours during your hospital stay post-birth.

Our Premium package takes care of you for a month (or longer). You set the schedule and let us know when you want us to support you. This is ideal for first time parents or parents of multiples who need 3-5 consistent good night's sleep in addition to 3-5 days of daytime support during the first month of being home.

Our VIP package covers you during the "4th trimester" or the first 3 months of being home. You set the schedule and let us know when you would like us to come and support you. This is great for first time parents or parents of multiples who need a few consistent good night's sleep in addition to 3-5 days of daytime support during the first month of being home.
